Eric Joachim Liese is an AI and data strategy leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling data-driven organizations. With an MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science (with AI & Data focus), he combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.

Professional Highlights: As Lead Architect and Advisor at Bosch BSH Home Appliances (2018–2025), Eric shaped the company's AI strategy, oversaw technical portfolio management, and drove cultural shifts toward modern data practices. He designed scalable MLOps platforms on AWS, worked across IoT, industrial automation, and NLP applications, and filed 6 patent applications. As Security Manager, he led AI security and data governance initiatives aligned with GDPR and EU-AI-Act requirements.

Beyond the Enterprise: Eric co-founded and served as CTO of ClimPact AG (2021–2025), a climate tech startup, and later co-founded and advised SensePro AI in 2025, while regularly speaking at major ML and GenAI conferences. He has founded communities around MLOps and data science, mentored junior engineers and data scientists, and contributed articles and thought leadership on AI trends. He also lectured at Macromedia University on emerging technologies.

Technical Depth: Experienced with AWS, Kafka, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data tools. Known for translating complex technical concepts into business value and fostering responsible, sustainable AI practices.
