His scientific accolades include a PhD in Neuroscience from the prestigious International Max Planck Research School, where his pioneering research included developing AI-based brain-machine interfaces for clinical applications.

As Security Manager, he led AI security and data governance initiatives aligned with GDPR and EU-AI-Act requirements.
Beyond the Enterprise: Eric co-founded and served as CTO of ClimPact AG (2021–2025), a climate tech startup, and later co-founded and advised SensePro AI in 2025, while regularly speaking at major ML and GenAI conferences.
